We understand our duties as Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, providing comprehensive Construction Phase Plans, RAMS and on-site health and safety management. We can also prepare Health and Safety files and collate the relevant Operations and Maintenance Manuals for submission to the Principal Designer at Practical Completion.

Through our past experience in the Building Surveying and Property Management, we have an excellent understanding of our Clients’ requirements and can provide budget estimates and construction advice useful for dilapidations negotiations, Section 20 consultation and other pre-contract planning purposes.

With a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and high qualified Contracts Manager heading up our management team, we have expert understanding of our clients’ commercial requirements and the programming and logistics of construction sites. Minor Works

We can react efficiently to planned preventative maintenance and minor project work using experienced operatives and a trusted list of approved subcontractors. Typical works include roof leaks, structural repairs, brickwork repairs, timber repairs and minor decorations for property managers.
