Under instruction from a Chartered Building Surveyor and working with a design team including an Architect, Structural Engineer and Building Control, we carried out:

• Two-storey rear extension including all sub and super structure, plumbing and electrical works

• Associated internal refurbishment including two bathrooms, kitchen dining and bedroom space
